Established in 2013 from our base in Penarth, South Wales, we acquired SBMC Business Management, a well-established Bristol based practice, in 2018, and then subsequently expanded again in 2021 with the acquisition of 121 Accountancy to create our Newport office. In 2023, we expanded our South-West presence by acquiring Blenheim Accounting in Bradley Stoke, and in 2026 we moved back into Bristol with the acquisition of Henry and Banwell, a well-established and highly reputable Clifton based practice.
