Established in 2013 from our base in Penarth, South Wales, we acquired a well established Bristol based practice in 2018, and then subsequently expanded again in 2021 with the acquisition of our Newport office. In 2023, we completed our third aquisition in Bradley Stoke.

Our intention is to continue this growth and become of the largest independent accountancy firms in South Wales and the South West

Our team of 16 has broad experience across a diverse industry sectors – including public, private and not-for-profit/charitable organisations – and across all business sizes, from FTSE 100 companies to SMEs.

All of our practice principals have attained Chartered Status – which requires not only professional qualifications but also years of hands-on experience in delivering sound business advice to enable clients to strengthen and grow their organisations.
