Ysgol Pen-y-Garth PTA will be hosting a Christmas Shopping Evening on Wednesday 13th November 2013, between 7pm and 9.30pm. The event will be held at the Paget Rooms, Victoria Rd, Penarth CF64 4EG. The event is open to parents and the wider community and will be advertised at school and locally.
If you would like to sell products at the Christmas Shopping Evening
To secure a stall please fill in the attached form and send a cheque made payable to ‘Ysgol Pen-y-Garth PTA’ for £20 for a small table (120x60cm) or £35 for a large table (200x70cm). Please post your cheque to Mari Jones, PTA, 115 Plymouth Rd, Penarth, CF64 5DF. There will be an hour from 6pm for stall holders to set up.
If you can’t attend but want to advertise your company/service
We are offering local companies the chance to have a leaflet about their products/services or any discount vouchers/freebies handed to attendees in a bag on arrival. So you can have your company or service advertised without the need for a stall and can ensure each attendee receives a copy. This option costs £20 and we would require 100+ copies of your leaflets/vouchers to be sent to Mari Jones as above.
Please return all forms no later than 1st November. We only have capacity for 50 stalls and they will be allocated on a first come, first served basis so return your forms early to avoid disappointment.
