One week to the Autumn 2017 Budget Statement

15 November 2017

The 2017 Autumn Budget, which will become the first only major financial statement of the year – replacing the current system under which the Budget was in the spring with an update in the autumn – takes place on Wednesday 22nd November.

As we’ve already had a Spring Budget this year, it’s unlikely that there will be too many major changes but its rumoured that changes to pensions, student loans, investment schemes such as EIS and SEIS, and housing, especially stamp duty, will be on the agenda. On the day, we’ll be tweeting the headlines via @Evans_Entwistle from 12.30 onwards.
