Here are the key dates to note this month:
5 Deadline for claiming your PAYE tax refund for the 2015/16 tax year.
5 Deadline for claiming tax overpaid for the 2015/16 tax year
6 First day of the new tax year 2020/21 with changes to personal and business taxation
6 Time to gather detailed documentation for your 2019/20 tax return and provide to us to complete your self assessment return
22 PAYE and NICs for the month or quarter which ended on 5 April, paid to HMRC electronically (19 April if paid by post).
